Covid-19 Policy

As you are aware, a Public Health Emergency has been declared by the World Health Organisation in relation to the coronavirus outbreak.

Ahead of visiting a property or meeting with our agents at your home, we kindly ask that you alert us if you or anyone accompanying you has returned from areas affected by the outbreak in the last 14 days, even if symptoms aren’t exhibited.

We’d also ask that you alert us if you or you or any other party visiting has exhibited any symptoms of coronavirus, which includes a fever, dry cough and shortness of breath.

We hope this doesn’t cause offence, but we are also recommending no handshakes. Please note that Churchwood Stanley’s representative may also use hand sanitiser before, during and after the visit if the viewing is accompanied.
