Hello and welcome to our new brand and fresh new website ChurchwoodStanley.co.uk. 

Despite the new look, we've been around for some time and many of you will know us as the helpful estate agents in Manningtree, formerly known Essex Country and Village Homes.

This new branding brings with it exciting changes to our business which are really going to be of benefit to our clients old and new. Everything we do and everything that we have changed is with a view to maximising the reach of our property adverts and to enhance your journey with us.

The new website ChurchwoodStanley is designed to really showcase our imagery and the intricate detail we put into our property adverts. Just as big is the change we've made to our Client Relationship Management Software (that's the system we use behind the scenes day to day). This new and intelligent system efficiently streamlines the way we communicate with you, your buyers or tenants and organise our daily work. It's absolutley fantastic and will lead to many more opportunities for our property sellers and our landlords.

We're still the same property people dedicated to giving you a first class personal service and we hope to open up these services over the river Stour and into Suffolk now that the 'Essex' name is no more.

Myself, Tracy Churchwood (Director) and the rest of the team have moved hundreds of people in our careers and we would all like to thank you for paying our new website a visit. We hope you like it as much as we do!
