Growing up in Weeley and Tendring, Darryl is a hugely experienced property professional for such a young man (his words!).
At Grammar school back in the early 1990’s, his classmates once voted him the most likely to own and run his own business – that’s always stuck with him and like his clients today, he could not let them down!
Darryl learnt his trade from his family business, he demands from himself the very highest personal and professional standards. University educated with a first class Human Resource Management degree, Darryl brings a passion for people, property, technology and uncompromising standards of interior photography into all of his work.
Tracy ChurchwoodMARLA (INV) Managing Director & Head of Lettings
A resident of Lt. Oakley for the past 17 years and a former Parish Councillor until the business took over her life! Having always had a passion for property and following a successful career in the corporate and financial worlds, Tracy retired from the City after 24 years and surprisingly decided to start at the bottom of a well known corporate Estate Agency Group in Colchester, to gain experience before moving onto working with local independent agents. She progressed in the Sales market for a number of years and then expanded her knowledge into the Lettings Market and has become a stalwart in this field. A devout animal lover, having a particular affinity with dogs, which when you visit us in Manningtree you will meet her Tibetan Terrier Alfie, who is our office dog. Tracy is a keen supporter of animal welfare and our business currently actively supports three small local animal charities.
Trust us when we say, her standards are uncompromising and of the highest order. She treats every let and managed property like it is her own and offers a wealth of knowledge that is hard to beat. If you want someone to trust with looking after your property investments, to achieve the best price and the best tenant for the longest term and deal with any difficult issues that arise in the most efficient way then she is who you need!
Rachael BillmanMARLA(INV) - Lettings Property Manager
Rachael is our duly qualified Property Manager and currently resides in sunny Clacton-on-Sea, she has recently become a new grandmother which she adores! She gained her lettings experience and qualifications at Tendring Lettings in Thorpe-le-Soken, when Tracy Churchwood took her under her wing while being the Manager there.
Rachael's mainly responsible for the ongoing daily management of the lettings property maintenance issues and the periodic property site inspections. In addition to conducting & producing our Inventories & Schedules of Condtion (ISC) she also carries out the majority of our Check In's and Check Out's at the start and end of tenancies
She is full of life and always laughing and dedicated to her family outside of work, Rachael is the main "go to" for getting things done and hence has one of the most demanding jobs in the office having to deal with the day to day problems coming in from tenants, yet she remains patient, calm and collected with genuine interest and empathy to her work.
Tracy BradfieldLettings Administrator & Accounts Clerk
Tracy 2 (as she is fondly known) loves where she lives in Thorpe-le-Soken and outside of work she is a keen runner and keep fit enthusiast, she has recently completed her latest marathon in Majorca in 30c heat! She loves to travel and visits her little hideaway in Italy on a regular basis. You’ll often find her climbing a mountain, wading through mud or on a run through our glorious countryside with her two dogs. Tracy 2 also came from a financial background working for Nationwide before gaining lettings experience at Tendring Lettings, like the rest of the team.
Meanwhile back in our office she is extremely organised and efficient, which is a godsend for her role here being responsible for not only producing the legal paperwork for all the tenancies, she also has the responsibilty of utilising her accounting skills for processing all the rental income and paying our Landlords and Contractors.
Alison TovellSales Secretary
Alison offers great support to the sales function, ensuring we are compliant with regulation and that all of marketing and sales processes are running smoothly. A local resident, Alison is extremely well known in the town and her local knowledge of breaking news is absolutely second to none!
A yoga teacher in her spare time Alison is patient, cool, calm and collected.
